          Reservation Guarantees:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
          • Requires payment of the specified amount, with proof provided to the contact details given;<\/li>
          • Failure to pay the reservation amount on time may result in its cancellation without prior notice.<\/li><\/ul>

            Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
            • Free with 14 days\u2019 notice or more;<\/li>
            • From the 7th to the 14th day (exclusive), 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded;\u00a0<\/li>
            • Within the 7 days prior or on the day of the reservation, no refund will be given.<\/li>
            • Rescheduling must be done at least 14 days before the reservation date;<\/li>
            • Upon rescheduling, free cancellation becomes unavailable.<\/li><\/ul>

              Smoking:<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
              • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property;<\/li>
              • Failure to comply with this rule may result in management requesting that you leave the property without any refund;<\/li>
              • Cigarette butts must be carefully extinguished when smoking outdoors and disposed of in the appropriate containers.<\/li><\/ul>
