Guest Information
- Uncovered parking with video surveillance, private and free of charge;

- Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited;
- Small to medium-sized dogs may be allowed, but must be mentioned at the time of booking and incur an additional fee – applicable in the Domo Suite Lux and Domo Suite Júnior;
- Reservation confirmation requires payment of the specified amount, and proof of payment must be provided through the contact details given;
- The available payment methods are Multibanco, Visa, MB Way, and cash;
- Children and beds: for ages 0–2, a free crib is available upon request. Children aged 3–6 can sleep in the main bed free of charge, if accompanied. For ages above 3, an extra bed can be requested;
- Bar and meal services available on-site;
- Various activities available (please inquire for more information);
- Saltwater infinity pool, exclusive for guests;
- Outdoor Jacuzzi available for booking, seasonal, with 48-hour notice;

Cancellations
- Free with 14 days’ notice or more;
- Rescheduling allowed up to 14 days before the booked date;
- Upon rescheduling, free cancellation becomes unavailable.
